Not much to say. Just a few quick notes...

-The internet died. Worse than usual; it's not connecting downstairs, either. I complained a lot to my father but he claims that it'll come back soon enough. Probably true. Anyway, I'm at school right now--it's lunchtime, but I'm not hungry. Oh well.

-I'll be 17 at midnight. The shock has kinda worn off by now. Katie remembered and ambushed me in my chemistry class, singing. I felt totally horrified and assaulted her with my book, but in retrospect, it was a nice gesture. Thanks, Katie. :P

-Over the weekend I got a couple early birthday presents--mostly books. One was a pretty book on Japanese caligraphy which I wanted since it had a style of writing I wasn't familiar with...and another was a comic book on perspective that I've found entertaining, if not helpful. I also have Esperanto junk and a couple of special markers. There's not really anything else I want. Oh, I forgot about the best present I got--ample chemistry homework. :] Teachers can be so thoughtful sometimes.

-I nearly burnt my house down on Saturday, because I'm a klutz. It's a long story even though it's rather a short one, in the words of Wolfwood.

-I completely despise school. Absolute. Loathing. I want to be homeschooled ever so badly. Maybe then I could be healthy.

-SPeaking of Wolfwood, my guitar teacher is teaching me to play his theme...tis pretty.

-We learnt a new infinitive in Latin. That was pretty cool.

Yeah. That about sums it up, and I'm going to go back to the cafeteria.

INTERNET BAAAAACK. At least, back to it's normal half-worky wretched state. I'm so happy yaaayyy...

I feel pampered. o.O In addition to the books I got...it seems my parents got me a gift certificate to Waldenbooks, and Katie got me not only the 5th Juvenile Orion, but also a Saiyuki pin, and a lemon soda. Thanks so much Katie, I didn't need anything at all...^^;;;

Also receieved many birthday hugs. T'was great.

However, the best gifts I got today were not tangible...at least not in the same way. The return of my internet, for example. It's a very welcome privelage, the internet is, even though I finished all my homework that would require it afterschool in the computer lab.

But but buttttt! The best thing...ever, really...happened today, also. It's inconceivable how great of a coincidence it was, that such a thing should happen today! Of all days, my 'birthday'...I was so amazed, I couldn't get over it. I can't say what it is because I have to keep it as my little sprig of happiness for the moment. But it seems that it was totally coincidental...and all the parties involved are totally oblivious concerning how much happiness they have brought me. This may make the rest of the school year modestly more liveable! I twitch thinking about it...

...Hee. ^_^_^_^...

Oh, there's supposedly a big snow storm headed this way, and some people are banking on a snow day tomorrow...I rather hope there isn't. Though, I wouldn't mind not having to do my chemistry homework. I had intended to at least start it afterschool, but that was a little hard with all the blaring alarms and firemen urging us back so that we stumbled on the snow. Haha.

My brother's in foul humor. >> I said haii and he chucked a book at my head. Meh. *shrug*

Nothing more to say, I guess. I love you love you love you! ^_^
