So I finally completed my first week of work at the Annex (aka warehouse of unhappyful), and while it's gotten easier, this summer is going to totally suck.
Speaking of work, I have an interview for a second job at Starbucks in Arlington center tomorrow...wish me luck! :)
Progress has also been made on the UA front--I signed up for orientation, and I'm going down to Tucson from June 8th to 11th to both attend the session and to appartment search.
I've found some promising places, and left a bunch of phone messages, but I haven't gotten any calls back yet. So you can wish me luck for that too if you're feeling generous ;D
Signing up for orientation meant that I got a UA email address, so I'm finally part of the UA network on Facebook. 8D It's a silly, frivolous detail but it helps my morale in that I'm actually starting to feel like yes, I am legitimately going to this school next year. Somehow, even despite everything, it manages to not feel quite real.
It doesn't even feel like the weekend since I have soooo ridiculously much stuff to do. It's a positive feeling, though. ^^
