McAncient

So after rock climbing I went back to University Boulevard to get dinner and unwind. There were 3 oldish dudes playing sort of folksy tunes (ukulele jeje) in the park, and they sounded pretty good so I sat to watch them for awhile. It was warm and the atmosphere was really lighthearted and it felt like summer again despite all the people running around in Halloween costume.

And then they played a song and one of the vocalists forgot a verse. At the end of the song, he apologized, saying he was senile cause he was older than McCain.
Other guy: Is that even possible?
Vocalist: I don't know, dude. I guess so.
Other guy: haha. McAncient.
Vocalist: hah yeah. McAncient McIdiot.

...I lol'd, not gonna lie.

So that was pretty cool. It's a kind of lonely night, though. I feel distinctly alone, and I don't know if I necessarily dislike it. It's nice to feel lonely every once in awhile...it reminds me that I'm alive and that I have feelings.

Nights like this I really do wonder if I'll ever find me a boy, though. Sigh.
