I'm glad you like it too :D I found a segment of it in an interview where he was explaining that when he was younger there were no emails or texts so a lot of his songs are influenced by the idea of sending physical letters or little gifts to the girls he likes. :)
By the way, where have you been? D: I feel like I haven't seen you in a really long time. </3 I hope things have been going well for you :3
I haven't had time/energy to come online much lately--in part because my schedule for the past month has been waking up at 6 AM and crawling into bed before 11 PM, so no one else is online when I'm near a computer. I've been doing pretty well, though. JanTerm just ended, and spring semester starts Wednesday. Oh oh oh! And I went rock climbing yesterday for the first time in, quite literally, years. Hampshire's Climbing Coalition organized an event with a local gym where Hampshire students could climb there for $3, so me and two of my modmates went. I didn't get much climbing in, because we missed the belay class and they don't know how, but they had a good time and with any luck we'll be going back and they'll learn to belay. It was so much fun!
That is EPIC!! I have been thinking a lot about climbing recently and lamenting the fact that I can't anymore. You should definitely make ALL YOUR MODMATES into your personal belayers and then inspire them to climb with your madd skills. ;D
The truth is, I've become totally nocturnal and am usually awake until...maybe 11 your time? So if you ever have the time and/or energy to chat early in the morning-ish, there's a chance I'll be around. Sometimes I'm awake but I've disabled my messenger because I figure that between like 2 and 6 my time there isn't really going to be anybody around. But I could keep it on if it meant the chance of seeing you. :3 Granted, I've been trying (unsuccessfully so far, but) to change my sleep schedule, so I'm not sure how much of a long-term promise that is.
I think the main challenge is trying to figure out what I even WANT my sleep schedule to be. >.>
Yeah, I'm less likely to sign on if I don't think people will be around. My own sleep schedule is likely to change again soon, since classes start Wednesday and a new schedule tends to demand a new sleep schedule.
