Haha I doubt it. Languages have tens or even hundreds of thousands of words in them...you can know thousands yourself and still feel that you know and understand nothing. I don't think I could make a list of all the words I know in Japanese, even, and I don't really know much Japanese at all. I'm sure for you a list of Spanish words you know would be impossible.
