1. Took the French SAT2. It was. So. Hard. Rather fun and inspiring, though. ^o^
2. Kurasu got cancelled and I didn't remember to get up and tell Carol, so she came to my house and I was like *zzZzZzZz*. She is amazingly wonderful for putting up with bullshit like that.
3. I have a wintery rant to compose, but I'll have to keep it on hold until I have more time/energy.
4. Aaron is back in town. W00t.
5. I got my Latin test back, did rather poorly on it, and felt rather bitter since I took the makeup version on the test, which had wonky passages. Whereas the passages for the normal test were apparently very easy ones that I would have aced. Woe.
5. On the other hand, we got a non-classicsstudent-friendly translation of the Aeneid. It makes me vaguely happy to see the 20 or so pages of normal text that comprise the 500+ lines we've been working on since the beginning of the school year.
6. There is a bite mark in my saltine bag. A mouse must have climbed up onto my desk...? How..? The sides of my desk are vertical, slippery wood. Maybe I just bit a whole in the bag myself and then forgot. That seems almost more probable.
Anyway. Tonight, I am going to finish my brag sheet, print out recommendation forms, and tomorrow I will bring them to my teachers. I will do this. It's time to rise above the stormy waters.
I will also study for math. Tonight. This is important, I've been confused for a couple of chapters now, it's time to get back on track. I have a makeup quiz tomorrow, and I can do it. Calculus is not a joke.
Okay. Two good, important goals. Add in some tv5.fr and history homeworks and tonight should turn out rather productive. Time to get started, but first--a nap.
Nite. :D
