So I wasted all of today when I should have been doing homework...instead opting to wander around Boston with Jeff, Courtney, and Hugh. (and Amy, for a short bit.)
It's been SO warm out. Warm enough that it feels like spring; that the trees seem oddly lacking in small green buds...and that it feels even more surreal that the term is just starting and that school will actually be fully in session for 4 more months. The fact that I had no classes today (I have no classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, but will hopefully soon be filling the gaps with some form of job...) only deepens the sense of continued vacation; of life being sort of dreamlike and floaty before reality reasserts itself once more.
It's been warm enough that it feels good to walk. We walked all the way from the western outskirts of BU back to Northeastern. ...That says it all, really.
ALso, Robin's schedule apparently got fucked up since she forgot to register the fact that she is presently attending classes this semester. So she had to reregister, and everything got messed up...and so now one of her new classes is Latin American film. The very same that I have~ It'll be so strange and amazing having a class with Robin. I'm so happy. <3
I'm also so tired. Wuau. Too bad I still have homework left undone for Japanese.
