Apr. 18th, 2008 07:29 amNot gonna lie, I'll be obscenely surprised if I manage anything better than about a C- on this exam.
EDIT: Update on that. So I went to the stupid place at stupid 7.30 AM and wrote for two stupid hours straight and I wonder if my stupid hand will even work right ever again.
And then I went to the registrar's office, which was nice and easy and quick, though kind of perplexing since apparently I have to fill out this really intimidating form that officializes my withdrawing from the university. I didn't have the balls to do it yet.
And then I went to sell my books--my two film books, as well as my politics book which I decided to keep from last semester but wanted to return now since frankly I haven't read it since. I had been expecting to get $30 or so for it, since I paid about $90 I think.
But the guy offered me $6, because apparently there's a new edition coming out. DAMN YOU POLITICS BOOK. WHY DID I EVER KEEP YOU. I wanted to start crying and appeal to the guy about how I had been looking forward to that extra $24 to be paying my lunch bills for the next two weeks, but thought the better of it when I realized he actually must get that a lot.
Total bitchfest aside though, it's basically the most gorgeous day ever out. Almost enough to make me want to go walk around rather than climbing back into bed and never getting up. Not quite enough though.
Bloody hell, I still have to vacuum and pack.
