Speaking of dying, I have to do my 22-hour observational meteorology lab today, and somehow churn out 10-12 pages on the Northrop Gamma at the same time. YES!

On the bright side, it will feel really good when this is all over?

Northrop Gamma? You mean the flying lab?

Tis an airplane model designed by the Northrop company or somesuch.

Yeah, it was made in the 1930s and used as a flying lab and eventually a light bomber...

What are you researching about it? Polar Star?

We are mostly researching the mechanics/physical properties, with the history being more focused around "how this line of aircraft came to be", but I'm definitely going to talk about the Polar Star, yeah. :) It's the main reason I chose this aircraft.

... in terms of mechanics and physical properties the Northrop Gamma is pretty basic.... It's just a single prop hunk of metal that happened to be the prime of its time.

Idk, the Northrop Gamma might have a more interesting history, the Beechcraft Starship is where it's at in terms of interesting mechanics. Or the Northrop YB-49 for that matter :P

10-12 pages. o.o Oh my. That is a bit much. I hope the paper-writing went well? <3

And you never know, the Honors courses might actually not be that bad? I know like... my Engineering Design course was Honors, and overall we got less work than other sections... my Calc 3 class is Honors, and it's actually not bad at all because the professor is really good. So your classes might not turn out to be that bad. :)

Survey of Mexican Folk Music!? Oh man, what do you do in that class? :D

Also, is that US-Mexico Border class the one that you wanted to take originally, or a different one? :o

No, it's not the same one...the one I'm in right now is just a 1 credit colloquium that I decided to tack onto my schedule to feel better about not getting into the other one.

I might take the actual course during winter session though if I can afford it. :3

Also...as for Survey of Mexican Folk Music...I have noooo idea. I'm just taking it since it's a Gen. Ed. (arts requirement) that I get credit in my major for doing, lol. I think we will learn about norteƱa and mariachi? Or at least, I will be disappointed if we don't >>
