Cold Heart Day! <3

Happy Valentine's Day everyone :) Even if you're single, who cares? Celebrate! For tomorrow, chocolate will be cheap <3

This is normally one of my favorite holidays, because of the shameless proliferation of hearts and flowers and *pink!* It feels sort of different here, though--I feel like I haven't seen as many festive decorations as usual. Maybe I just haven't been frequenting the right places.

Also, it's cold. *shiver.*

Really? Valentine's day has always been completely meaningless/non-existent to me... I kinda thought it was dead, like no one celebrated it, but it was still on calendars as like a hold-over. o.O Seems like a stupid day to me anyway.

vday is alright, but I don't hold it sacred...at all. For instance, we had my parents over for dinner, I bought him Rock Band cymbals and Xbox live points and he is buying me steak tomorrow and says he'll get a presenty present for me as soon as I can think of something I want (all I know is I don't want cheesy stuffed animals and chocolate.) I did buy a cute bra and we had sex when my parents left, then a couple friends came over and we nerded out on board games :P I did refuse to take in couch surfers this weekend so we could have a little alone time :P

Haha sounds like it was quite festive :D Yeah, I don't know. I think it's a silly holiday, but I like the pink and the cheer. And I like laughing at people who are determined to be depressed about it.
