La problemática

"We came to think, with the help of other people, other compañeros, that our enemies weren't solely the land-holders that lived nearby, and even less so solely the land-holders that had violently obligated us to work and didn't pay us well. They weren't killing us now, but rather they had been killing us since we were children, since we were small, through malnutrition, hunger, misery. We started to think about what the roots of the problem were. And we came to a conclusion, that the root of our problem came from from the ownership of land. The best lands, we didn't have them in our hands. The land-owners had them. Every time that we discovered new lands, they tried to displace us, or rob us in a different fashion."
